Ryan Haller brings nearly thirty years of experience in the medical equipment field, with a particular focus on the medical aesthetic laser industry. In the mid-1990s, he co-founded and served as Vice President of Sales for the Aesthetic Division of U.S. Medical (USM). Under his leadership, he and his team of nearly 50 sales professionals consistently surpassed company targets, contributing to USM’s recognition in the Inc. 500 as one of the fastest-growing companies in the medical equipment sector.
Ryan's success caught the attention of Asclepion-MediTech AG, a German laser manufacturer based in Jena. In 2002, he was recruited to establish a U.S. sales, service, and support office for Asclepion. Within ninety days, he successfully launched and staffed the division, making it profitable. His expertise in sales and team training played a key role in positioning Asclepion as a leading laser manufacturer in the U.S. during the early 2000s.
After his contract with Asclepion was completed, Ryan founded TheLaserTrader.com (TLT), the world's oldest and largest online laser brokerage business, which has served tens of thousands of clients globally. His reputation for integrity and dedication in the industry led Sentient Lasers to enlist his talents for their rapidly growing company. Ryan was instrumental in designing their new state-of-the-art facility in Park City, Utah. He continued to excel in sales, driving consistent month-over-month growth across Sentient's diverse offerings of new and preowned lasers, service, and warranties, all while mentoring his sales teams and enhancing their expertise in aesthetic technology.
Today, Mr. Haller is channeling his extensive experience into growing his new venture, Elevation Medical nestled in the majestic mountains of Park City, Utah. At Elevation Medical, Ryan leverages his deep expertise in the medical aesthetic field to assist practices in maximizing their existing product portfolios and integrating new products and services.
